Hey, I’m Dan Stefani — DJ Danicus

I’m a husband, dad to five, Angier local, and lifelong music lover. I grew up singing in the church choir, play guitar, and I’m usually the guy grabbing the microphone when karaoke starts. I love music, but even more than that, I love what music does to a room when everyone is having a great time together.

That’s what got me into DJing. This is my music outlet. I’ve always believed a great DJ should do more than press play. They should know how to read the room, keep the energy moving, and make people feel like they’re part of the experience. I’ve seen too many events where the music feels like an afterthought, and I wanted to create something better.

These days, you can find me behind the decks multiple nights a week, including two weekly residencies at South Line Brewing Co. in Cary and weekly karaoke at HighCraft in Downtown Apex. I’ve also had the opportunity to DJ events at Napper Tandy’s, Oaklyn Springs Brewery, The Mill, The Fainting Goat, and countless private parties and community events.
